i found this line art in the dragon artists group and MAN! i wanted to color it right away!
i love the super skinny anatomy!
suggested the pale green coloration, and i added a dark pinkish tone to it and i think it looks rather AWESOME
done 100% in Illustrator CS4 using the pen tool, gradient tool. and.... that's it actually! xD

I really don't get it how amazing works one can make with only pen and gradient tool! I'm afraid that I wouldn't possess the right amount of patience to make things like this. I really like the colours you've chosen, they fit together very well. The spikes and the rib-area are my favourite parts: I love it how the colours gradually change on each rib.
